With the free program offered below you can write âşçğüıöûî ÂŞÇĞÜİÖÛÎ turkish letters by using the 'Alt Gr' key without changing keyboard. This program is just an extension of keyboard, it doesn't affect the other keys.
For example, to write the letter 'ğ', just press and hold down the 'Alt Gr' key, then press the 'G' key. To get 'Ğ', you must do the following combination 'Alt Gr' + 'Shift' + 'G'. In the following picture you can see the others in blue :
Be careful, every time you open a new program or editor to write, the default keyboard is always automatically selected.
So, before changing the keyboard you should open the editor and then change the keyboard.

J'ai Firefox 16.0.2 et le lien d'installation est inopérant.
En me positionnant sur le lien, je vois :

Typiquement ce que je vois à chaque fois qu'il y a un problème de lien sur un site. Mais comme je ne suis pas informaticienne, je suis bloquée.

je viens d'acheter un nouveau pc, c'était un peu l'occasion de tester comme un nouvel utilisateur. Tout marche convenablement. Quel est votre problème? Essayez avec un autre navigateur peut être que ça marchera.

Ve maalesef ister Türkçe-F ister Türkçe-Q klavye olsun, Türkçe'de yaygın olark kullanılan Â, Û ve Î harfleri yer almıyor. Bunları yazmak bir eziyete dönüşüyor. Özellikle F-Klaye için böyle bir program hazırlayıp bu harfleri ve Azerice Ə harfini eklemek için kullanılmasını sağlarsanız çok büyük bir hizmet etmiş olursunuz.

When you click on "setup" section, this should drop down and then you should see appropriated download link.
If this doesn't happen, it means your navigator doens't accepte this javascript functionnality. So you should try with a different navigator. If you can not, so tell me what's the country of your keyboard, I will provide you a direct link

Je viens d'installer Firefox sur mon pc pour voir si comme tu le dis, la combinaison "AltGr+g" fonctionne ou pas. Et bien, chez moi il n'y aucun souci, ça marche.
Comme je te l'ai précédemment dit, tu dois avoir un "add-on firefox" qui utilise cette combinaison. Pour le trouver et le désactiver, va dans le menu de firefox, puis "modules complémentaires". Dans cette page, tu verras tous les add-ons installés pour ton navigateur.
Pour trouver lequel utilise cette combinaison, désactive un, fait la combinaison altgr+g, et si ça marche toujours pas, réactive le add-on et passe à l'add-on suivant. Jusqu'à trouver l'add-on utilisant cette combinaison.
A mon avis, ça doit être un add-on utilisant un thème (skin), donc commence tes recherches dans les add-ons "apparence". C'est peut-être G-fox...
Et si tu n'y arrives toujours pas, désolé, mais je ne peux pas t'aider davantage car il y a tellement de variantes dans les installations qu'il est difficile de faire des dépannages à distance. Essaie de trouver quelqu'un qui s'y connait en PC.
Quant à l'idée de reprogrammer le ğ sur "altgr+h", je ne peux pas, car il faudrait reprendre toute la programmation et j'aimerais garder une certaine cohérence de ce programme.
Voilà, j'espère que tu vas t'en sortir avec tout ce que je viens de dire.

I've just downloaded this and tried using it on a UK English keyboard, I'm using windows 7 and word 2010. Unfortunately there seems to be only a few symbols working namely

déjà lors de la pression de ces touches, le résultat semble nul (rien ne se passe)

je ne retrouve jamais les boutons d'options, favoris page d’accueil, barres dont j'ai besoin
(surement question d'habitude, mais je préfère rester sur firefox)

"Alt Gr"+"g" doit être redéfini pour faire autre chose dans ton navigateur firefox, dans ce cas cette redéfinition est prioritaire par rapport à mon programme. En effet, mon programme est au niveau du système d'exploitation, toute redéfinition dans les programmes seront toujours prioritaires, car ils seront au dessus du système d'exploitation. Par exemple, si vous installez le google-toolbar (vous verrez le champs de recherche de google dans la partie du dessus du navigateur et la combinaison "Alt Gr"+ "g", mettrait le focus sur le champ de recherche de google.
Malheureusement à par reprogrammer la touche "ğ" sur d'autres combinaisons de touches, il n'y a pas de solution. Et même avec une telle solution, on ne serait pas à l'abri d'une autre redéfinition empêchant le bon fonctionnement. Si vous avez des suggestions, je suis preneur.
Pour éviter ce genre de désagrément, j'utilise "google chrome" comme navigateur. C'est un navigateur très épuré avec quasiment rien dans la barre de menu (pas de toolbars), très rapide au démarrage et au chargement des pages web.
En conclusion, soit vous désactivez le programme ou fonctionnalité qui utilise la combinaison "ALt gr"+"g", soit vous passez à "Google Chrome".

Bonjour les raccourcis fonctionnent bien sauf pour le alt gr + g , j'utilise vista, quand j'effectue la commande, le dessus de ma page internet (firefox) en bleu passe au gris, comme si le raccourci faisait autre chose

Concerning google and facebook, I've already responded below. You probably use toolbars in your Internet navogator which uses keystroke with "Alt" key.
You should desactivate toolbars by right clicking or use an other navigator like "google chrome".
Tell me from which country is your keyboard.

First of all thank you for your compliments.
Normally it should work with MS Word 2007 (I've just tested it). I think it's due probably that your default keyboard is selected when you open for the first time a new program.
I notice this behavour each time I open a program for the first time, Windows selects automatically the old keyboard.
So when you can't type the new characters with any program, check which keyboard you are using by clicking on the keyboard icon on the right belove corner, and then select the right keyboard.
Regarding the other problem with the character "ğ", the problem is due because of the google toolbar. The keystroke "altGr+G" focus automatically the google toolbar's searchbox. You have 2 choices : 1)use google chrome like a new navigator (you don't need to have google toolbar, this is my personel choice); 2)desactivate google toolbar from your existing navigator. And then you can write ğ.
Concerning "i", this is similar to "ğ". You probably have an other toolbar using this keystroke. The solution is similar to the previous one.

Mac kullanmadığım için, hangi çözümler olduğuna henüz bakmadım, fakat iphone için yardım edebilirim.
Iphone'da yeni bir klavye eklemek için, şöyle yapınız :
"Einstellungen" > "Allgemein" > "Tastatur" >"Internationale Tastaturen" > "Tastatur hinzufügen ..." > "Türkisch"
Böylece Türkisch klavye iphone'a eklenmiş oldu. Einstellungen menüsünden çıkabilirsiniz.
Şimdi mesela yeni bir sms yazma yerine giriniz. Her zaman ki alman klavyenizi göreceksiniz. Klavyeyi değiştirmek için boşluk (Leerzeichen) tuşunun solunda bir dünya küresi tuşu var. O küre tuşuna basılı kalınız taki bir menü çıkana kadar. O çıkan menüde "Deutsch" ve "Türkçe" seçimleri göreceksiniz. "Türkçe" seçerseniz klavyeniz türkçe olur. Artık küre tuşunu kullanarak istediğıniz zaman bir klavyeden öbürüne geçebilirsiniz.
Ama âşçğüıöûîÂŞÇĞÜİÖÛÎ harfleri direk klavyede görünmeyecektir. O harfleri kullanmak için tuşlara uzun süreli basılı kalmak lazım. Mesela "ş" yazmak için bir saniye "s" harfine basılı kalın ve bir menü açılacak ve orada ş harfini seçebileceksiniz. Aynı şekilde öbür harfleride bulabilirsiniz.
iPod veya iPad mutlaka iPhone gibidir, fiziksel klavye olmadığı için aynı şekilde dediğım gibi değistirebilmeniz lazım.
Eğer türkçenin özel harflerini direk tuş ile yazmak istiyorsanız, iTunes'de AppStore'da "turkish keyboard" ile arama yaparsanız istediğiniz programı bulabileceksiniz.

Indeed, few days ago, I was looking for a program like this on Internet and I didn’t be able to find an equivalent. So after programming for myself, I thought that it could be useful for others, and then I have opened the “Şöyle Böyle” services.
As you say, I should point out that this program is not only free but it is non invasive (none additional program) and contains no advertising. Nowadays we no longer used to have things totally free
but here is the case!

Les raccourcis claviers proposés par les programmes sont prioritaires par rapport à ceux définis par ce programme, par conséquent les caractères proposés en redondance ne présenteront pas de dysfonctionnement.
J'ai ajouté l'ensemble des caractères accentués turcs de la même façon, dans un soucis d'uniformisation, pour tous les claviers de tous les pays. Ceci me permet une maintenance plus aisée et de proposer un seul guide d'utilisation. Le but étant la simplicité pour permettre à un plus grand nombre de pouvoir installer et utiliser ce programme.
Si vous avez d'autres arguments pour me convaincre du contraire, je suis preneur

J'ai testé la nouvelle version sous Win7 64 FR, et ça marche très bien. Si je peux me permettre, à votre place je ne mettrais pas de nouveau racccourcis pour des lettres déja accessibles avec le clavier standart car elle peuvent alors prendre la place de raccourcis claviers dans certains logiciels et ça pourrait être gênant.
Dans le cas du clavier français, les lettres suivantes sont déja accessibles et n'ont donc pas besoin de raccourci supplémentaire:

- en fin d'installation, la boîte de dialogue de changement de clavier s'ouvre automatiquement.

1)Il ne faut pas que l'ancienne version soit le clavier par défaut, cliquez sur le lien suivant pour le changer :
